4 Ways To Utilize Your Prospects List

As January comes and goes, so do those New Year leads. Your prospects start the year bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at the idea of starting a new activity, meeting new friends, and exercising more. Unfortunately, these leads can fall off your radar without the proper follow-up and nourishment. You may be wondering, how can I keep New Year sign-ups? Lucky for you, the Kicksite Prospects management feature is quick, simple, and completely customizable. We’ve gathered some insight from fellow school owners on how they use our martial arts software to stay on top of their leads. KEEP IT SIMPLE

The Prospects board doesn’t have to be extensive, it just has to work for you! Even with only three stages, you can take notes, schedule appointments, and even track trial membership expirations. With zero set-up, you can enjoy this layout right when you hop into Prospects! Once you’re familiar with Prospect management, you can even begin marking leads as “Hot”, “Warm”, or “Cold” based on their responsiveness.

LEVELING UP

Ready to take it a step further? As interest grows and as the call list becomes longer, we recommend adding a new stage, “Contacted.” It’s exactly what it sounds like – this makes tracking calls, texts, emails, and everything in between a breeze. If you have a designated manager or instructor handling outreach, don’t miss the ‘Assign’ feature. With a few clicks, they’ll be notified of their task assignment.

TINY TRIALS

How you track your leads boils down to personal preference and what works for your business. In martial arts schools for all ages, it can quickly get out of hand, balancing multiple contacts and guardians. It doesn’t have to be that way! In a few seconds, you can jot down guardian contact information for young martial artists. This feature is helpful in a pinch and gives you quick visibility while you’re making calls. Just don’t forget to update their Prospect Profile to include their guardian contact(s) too! You can also make the process easier by building your Lead Capture Forms to collect participant and guardian information. This will ensure your contacts are organized and squared away.

NOTES & MEMOS

This feature was built with customization in mind. You can track whatever you want using comments on the Prospects board. From a business perspective, you can track who’s eligible for discounts, such as veterans, military, or teachers. From a personal standpoint, this high-level notetaking is what will stick out to your leads. The attention to detail and individual care won’t go unnoticed! It gives you a starting point for an initial meeting, follow-up, and ultimately, when they step on the mat!

These ideas are just the beginning! Kicksite Prospects is built to grow and adapt with you as you establish your ideal lead management plan. There are many martial arts schools that keep their layout simple, and many who take extensive notes! We’re happy to help with whatever works for you.
