The Kicksite team is proud to have a robust suite of marketing tools to help customers capture leads across the web and beyond. Customizable landing pages, shortlink and QR code generators, and discount code capabilities have helped thousands of martial arts school owners consistently generate prospects and trial sign-ups.
But in an ever-changing digital landscape, we recognize that leads are captured in a variety of ways. We also recognize that our system is intended to save you from manual work – having to re-enter Prospects into Kicksite from another tool or manage them across multiple apps isn’t efficient and doesn’t align with our core mission to streamline your business operations.
Enter: Zapier
What is Zapier?
Zapier is a no-code automation platform that enables connections between thousands of web platforms. Through custom triggers and workflows, data can be sent (“Zapped”) from one platform to another while reducing manual work.
In even simpler terms: Zapier will take your school’s lead information captured on another platform, instantly and automatically send it over to Kicksite, and create Prospect profiles in the process.
How can Kicksite customers utilize the Zapier integration?
In case you haven’t picked up on it yet while reading this, Prospect import is the key focus area for the first iteration of the Kicksite x Zapier integration. Here are a few specific scenarios in which the Zapier x Kicksite integration will benefit you :
Social Media Ads
Is your martial arts school running paid ads on platforms like Facebook or TikTok in order to generate leads? You’re a prime candidate for a Zapier integration with Kicksite! With ads on these platforms, there’s a strong chance you’re using the built-in Instant Forms that make it easy for people to drop their information without leaving their social app of choice and continue scrolling. With the Zapier x Kicksite integration, you’ll no longer have to play the game of exporting data from these respective Lead Centers and importing into Kicksite as Prospects!
Third-Party Form Builders
While most customers take advantage of Kicksite’s built-in lead capture form tool, we also know there are schools simultaneously using other third-party form builders for a variety of purposes. If you find yourself having to copy and paste prospect details from tools like Google Forms or Jotform, the upcoming Zapier integration will relieve you of that manual effort.
Website Forms/Landing Pages
If you’re not using Kicksite’s website design services (though, in our opinion, you really should!) and, instead, rely on the built-in forms from Squarespace, Wix, etc., this section is for you! Most major DIY website platforms are capable of exporting prospects to Kicksite via Zapier, so that website submission data doesn’t have to live in a silo or be handled separately anymore.

Just like we do with every project at Kicksite, it was important for us to not only build something users had asked for, but communicate with them to ensure it meets their needs and accommodates common use cases. Are there additional fees for integrating Zapier with Kicksite?
On the Kicksite side of things, there will be no additional costs and you can integrate Zapier with your Kicksite account free of charge.
From a Zapier standpoint, they offer a handful of pricing options, including a free account tier which will be suitable for many needs. We encourage you to look over their plan details to see which one will be the best fit for you.
