For Students – How to Install the Member Portal

The Member Portal isn’t available on the App Store or Play Store, but you can easily install it to your home screen or computer dock.

Chrome

Mobile:

1. While in the Member Portal, tap the kebab (three vertical dots) in the upper-right corner of Chrome.
2. Tap Add to Home Screen in the dropdown. (You may need to scroll a bit.)
3. Choose Install, then click Install again in the popup window. Kicksite will now appear in your list of apps. It can be uninstalled like any other app.

Desktop:

1. Click your username in the upper-right corner.
2. Click Install The App in the dropdown.
3. In the Chrome dialog box, click Install again. Kicksite will now appear with your other apps on your computer.

Safari

Mobile:

1. While in the Member Portal, tap the share icon.
2. Tap Add to Home Screen. 
3. Tap Add in the popup window.

Desktop:

1. While in the Member Portal, click the share icon.
2. Click Add to Dock.
3. Click Add in the popup window.

Firefox

Mobile:

1. While in the Member Portal, tap the kebab (three vertical dots) in the upper right corner of Firefox.
2. Tap Add App to Home Screen in the dropdown.
3. Tap Add.

Desktop:

Firefox on desktop doesn’t currently support installing progressive web apps like Member Portal.
