After your Lead Capture Form has been available on your website and shared, you can view the leads who filled out the form. If you no longer need a Lead Capture Form, you can archive it.
Before you can collect leads, you need to create a Lead Capture Form. If you want to enable a prospect to purchase a trial membership through the Lead Capture Form and Landing Page, first create a trial membership profit item. Then you can share the Lead Capture Form.
To view prospects that have filled out the Lead Capture Form
1. On the left panel, click Marketing Tools, and then click Lead Capture Forms.
2. Here you’ll see a list of Lead Capture Forms you have created. Under the name of the Lead Capture Form, you can see Total Signups and the current number of people who have signed up.
3. Click the Lead Capture Form name to view more information; you can see a list of all the people who have signed up using this form:
- If the Create Prospect Upon Submission toggle is On (click Form Settings to see the toggle), anyone who signs up will automatically be entered as a prospect.
- If the Create Prospect Upon Submission toggle is Off, the information entered on the Lead Capture Form will not be entered as prospects. However, you will be able to see the information people entered.
To archive a Lead Capture Form
1. On the left panel, click Marketing Tools, and then click Lead Capture Forms.
2. On the Lead Capture Form you want to archive, click the Active drop-down list and select Archived.
After you create the Lead Capture form, consider creating a Landing Page to provide more information about the form and what a prospect is signing up for. Also, consider some of the tips to nurture your prospects.
