Very good experiences with tech support. Jed has gone above and beyond his role to help me understand the ins and out of kicksite. I’ve had to review how to operate several features and noticed that Jed was always patient and thorough. Each training session I’ve had with Jed was enjoyable because he’s a cool guy. When I email him questions, he gets back to me promptly. Whatever issue I email him with, he corrects my mistake immediately and explains to me how to handle it in the future properly. Jed is very knowledgeable and it puts my mind at ease having him as our Kicksite rep.
