The platform has many different levels and as I really get into it and really start to use each individual program, my school is just doing so much better. I’m actually spending less time making phone call, less time writing things down and then running around the house or the office trying to find the notebook where I wrote things down on. “Hi guys, my name is Braulio Corral and I own two academies in northwest Indiana. I’m doing a little speech on behalf of Kicksite. I’m a new customer, I believe I’ve been with them a few months now and I’ve seen an amazing transition with how I communicate with new clients, scheduling practices. The platform has many different levels and as I really get into it and really start to use each individual program, my school is just doing so much better. I’m actually spending less time making phone call, less time writing things down and then running around the house or the office trying to find the notebook where I wrote things down on. And I can’t tell you how many times that has happened to me and with Kicksite, everything is automated.

Prospecting

So, I’m here at Pans. I always have mine running in the background. These are my prospects right here, not to mention these two guys owe me some money so that’s always kind of cool because in the past my cash accounts, I would always lose track of. Now this automated alert reminds them as well. But here’s my prospects, I’ve been here for the weekend, I’ve scheduled 5 appointments and this new one just came in so I love the fact on how they can leave you a little bit of a comment so now you know how to respond and you’re engaged with that.

 

The texting feature is just phenomenal. I don’t even call back, I do everything by texting and I have a 90% response rate. In the past, it might have been like a 30% or maybe 40% if I got them to answer the phone. Now it’s so much better. I recommend everyone should watch the demo, take the time to learn how to use it and you are going to spend less time in the office and more time teaching, which is fabulous”
