Mady
Mady grew up in small rural town about an hour south of Kansas City. She is a self-proclaimed Star Wars and Princess Diana fanatic, and has a life long goal of meeting Danny Devito and Adam Driver. She always makes sure to keep carbonated water, some kind of coffee concoction, and a Diet Dr Pepper on her person at all times. Mady is obsessed with her dog George and will happily keep you updated on his many shenanigans. Mady received her Bachelor Degree from Missouri State University (Go Bears!) where she found a passion for volunteering and women’s empowerment. Mady is currently pursing her MBA from Colorado State University. Mady is passionate about helping people, problem solving, and finding ways to make work fun! She is a promoter of servant leadership and believes in an employee first approach. Part of what drew her to Kicksite was the opportunity to be apart of the awesome workplace culture and knowing she’d be a part of making it even better!

What do you do at Kicksite?
I am the Talent & Culture Specialist. I am responsible for promoting, cultivating, and protecting our culture. I am the HR person, the event planner, policy writer, and Director of Travel and Amazon orders. My job consists of whatever it takes to make Kicksite an even more awesome place to work!

Where is your favorite place in the world?
Salzburg, Austria.
What do you love about your job?
I love our people. We truly have the best group of people in our office. I have never worked in such a supportive, collaborative, and energetic environment. Our people are so dedicated to seeing everyone succeed.
What is your most controversial opinion?
Mustard is really good on pizza.
Is water wet?
No. Water is not wet, it makes other things wet.
