The “Do Not Honor” error means that the cardholder needs to contact their credit card company/bank to find out what is happening. It could be that there is suspicious activity, that the card hasn’t been activated, or that the card cannot be set up for auto-draft transactions. Regardless of the reason, the cardholder needs to contact their bank or credit card company.
