If you encounter an issue within Kicksite, the Report an Issue tool can help Support investigate and resolve your issue more quickly and accurately. And if you would like to provide general feedback on how to make Kicksite even better, you can use the Provide Feedback tool.
How to report an issue
1. If you encounter an issue within Kicksite, stay on that page. If needed, navigate to the appropriate page.
2. Click your username in the upper-right corner, and then click Report Issue.
A frame and tool menu will appear over the screen to indicate that you’re taking a screenshot of the entire page.
3. Use one or more of the following tools in the menu to specify the issue occurring on the page:
- Highlight: Use the highlight tool to draw a box around the desired area.
- Pencil: Use the pencil tool to draw on the desired area.
- Line: Use the line tool to draw a straight line.
- Arrow: Use the arrow tool to point to the desired area.
- Blackout: Use the blackout tool to cover any sensitive information in the screenshot.
- Add a Comment: Use the add a comment tool to type your issue without drawing.
- Color: Click the dot and select a color; this will change the color the tools apply. (It can help to select a bright color to make sure the line or drawing is clearly visible against the background.)
4. You can add a comment by clicking on the screen. Type your comment and then click Save to save your comment.
5. After providing all of the necessary information, click the Next button in the menu to submit your feedback.
6. A window appears where you can provide a rating and or provide additional information (such as clicking the paperclip icon to attach file from your device).
7. Click Send Feedback to submit your information.
8. You see a confirmation that your feedback has been submitted; click the X to close the window.
How to give feedback
1. Click your username in the upper-right corner, and then click Provide Feedback.
2. A white box appears, where you can choose Draw on the Screen or Submit General Feedback. If you choose Draw on the Screen, follow the steps in the preceding section. If you choose Submit General Feedback, read on.
3. Click how many stars you give Kicksite.
4. Type your feedback in the text field.
5. (Optional) Click the square icon to attach a screenshot (see the steps in the preceding section); click the paperclip icon to attach a file.
6. Click the Send Feedback button.
7. You see a confirmation that your feedback has been submitted; click the X to close the window.
