Kicksite recently made security updates that now allow users (admins, employees, and students) to log in at https://kicksite.net.
Keep in mind that you can also log in at your school’s unique URL, which will be https://yourschoolname.kicksite.net, but yourschoolname will be the school’s unique subdomain.
Depending on your role, here is how you can get help logging in if you forgot your username:
- If you are the administrator, contact your sales agent or Support at support@kicksite.net.
- If you are an employee, check with your head instructor or school administrator to get the correct username to log into your employee account.
- If you are a student, ask your head instructor or school administrator what the correct username is to log in. (Please note that Kicksite Support can NOT find an employee or student username or reset the password without knowing which school you belong to.)
Tip: If you’re sure you have the correct username but you can’t log in, try clicking the Forgot Password link to reset your password. You will receive an email with a temporary password.
If you are an administrator or employee and you’re trying to help a student log in to their member portal, check out troubleshooting tips for Student User account login issues.
