How Do I Log in to My Kicksite Account?
Every Kicksite account will have a unique subdomain that goes before kicksite.net in the URL. When the administrator of the Kicksite account opens the account, the admin enters a unique subdomain for the Kicksite account.
The URL will look like https://yourschoolname.kicksite.net, but yourschoolname will be that unique subdomain.
The URL (https://yourschoolname.kicksite.net) is the page you go to to log in to your Kicksite account, whether you’re the administrator, an employee, or a student.
Depending on your role, here is how you can get help logging in:
- If you are the administrator and you forgot the URL, you can contact your sales agent or Support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you are an employee, check with your head instructor or school administrator to get the correct URL to log into your employee account.
- If you are a student, ask your head instructor or school administrator what the correct URL is to log in.
Please note that Kicksite Support can NOT find an employee or student account without knowing which school you belong to. Also, Kicksite Support can NOT make any changes to an employee or student account without the school admin’s approval.

Tip: If you are at the correct URL, but you can’t log in, try clicking the Forgot Password link to reset your password.
