If you are trying to log in and you receive an error that says your account is not active, this could be a couple of different things.
- You could be listed as inactive in the system
- It could be that the user account belongs to a family and the primary holder of the user account is no longer an active student
- In this case, the user account will need to be closed and then reopened under the active student’s name
