How Can We Help?
New Student List
The new Student List shows your members at a glance. This list provides a lot of useful information in one place, and it can help you quickly see if a member may need attention. For example, you can easily see if a student has a signed agreement or not.
Click the following link to watch the video about the new Student List.
To view the Student List, click Profiles in the left panel, and then click Students.
Click a status on the status bar at the top to view all students or only students of a particular status:
- Show All: Show students of all statuses.
- Active: Show only current students.
- Frozen: Show only students in Frozen status.
- Absent: Show only students who have not attended (based on criteria you can set in Attendance Details).
- Inactive: Show only former students.
Below the status bar, you have the following options:
- Bulk Edit: Select the check box next to one or multiple students to activate the Bulk Edit menu; to select all students on the page, click the check box next to the Bulk Edit menu. You can then click the Bulk Edit menu and choose to change the status by clicking Activate or Inactivate. To permanently delete the student(s), click Delete. (Again, be careful when you use the Delete option. If you delete a student, their information is gone forever.)
- Filter: Click Filter to view only the students in the selected program(s) and rank(s). Click Programs and then click the desired program(s); click Apply. If you want to filter to specific ranks, click Ranks, click the rank(s) you want to see, and click Apply. (You may need to scroll down a bit to see the Apply button.) Tip: If you want to select only a few ranks, click the Deselect All link at the top of the Ranks list, and then select the wanted ranks. Click Clear Filter to go back to the active Student List.
- Sort By: Select an option in the Sort By drop-down list to rearrange the list according to the selected option. (For example, you can arrange the list in order by First Name or by who has an Appointment scheduled.)
- More: Click the three vertical dots to select one of the following options:
- Address List: Click Address List if you need to export address labels.
- Export: Click Export to download the currently displayed Student List to a .csv file.
- Barcode Cards: If you have enabled barcodes for attendance (in the Attendance settings), you can click this option to display barcode cards for all students. You can use your browser settings to print this page for the card-size barcodes.
- Barcode Keytags: If you have enabled barcodes for attendance, you can click this option to display barcode keytags for all students. You can use your browser settings to print this page for the keytag-size barcodes.
